Private Stock, Alvin Lee Ten Years after.

Welcome to PRIVATE STOCK. Alvin Lee a Powerful Musician, one of the best Guitar players and Songwriters. We have been enjoying his Music since the end of the 60's first with Ten Years After. From 1967 to 1974 TYA recorded 11 albums of very good Rock-Blues. Here a song from The Isle of Wight Festival in 1970, "I Can't Keep From Crying"


By 1973 Alvin Lee started playing with other Musicians, people like George Harrison, Steve Winwood, Ronnie Wood, Mick Fleetwood. They released "On the Road to Freedom".
Lee formed Alvin Lee & Company and released two albums and he was touring also with TYA every now and then.

In the end of the 70's Alvin Lee started a new project "Ten Years Later" he released two albums both of them are really good, Rocket Fuel (1978) and Ride On (1979).

After that he had been playing as The Alvin Lee band, with Musicians like Steve Gould and Mick Taylor among others.
He had more than 20 albums, in the 90's he recorded two albums with George Harrison as a Guest. Alvin Lee is still Rocking, in 2007 he released "Saguitar", Another very good album. I think this will be a great addition to anyones collection.
